Mike Sowa

Mike Sowa currently serves as a Global Account Executive and Head of North American Broker Management at PartnerRe since 2021. Prior to this role, Sowa amassed extensive experience at Aspen Insurance Group from 2004 to 2021, where responsibilities included Group Chief Claims Officer, Managing Director of Global Distribution and Marketing, and Managing Director of North America and Property Product Head. Sowa has a strong background in underwriting and managing commercial and international property treaty accounts across various firms, including XL Reinsurance America Inc. and Risk Capital Re. Sowa holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, obtained in 1986.
