Shiela Urbano

Shiela Urbano, BSA, CPA, CGA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in global reporting and multi-GAAP frameworks. Currently serving as a Global Reporting expert at PartnerRe since October 2022, Shiela previously held significant roles at Primerica, including Assistant Vice President Finance and Manager of Finance from May 2014 to October 2022. Early career highlights include managerial positions at Knowledge First Financial and Citigroup Fund Services Canada, Inc., along with a leadership role at RD Group of Companies. Shiela's experience also encompasses operations and quality assurance at Security Bank Corporation and auditing with SGV & Co., a member firm of Ernst and Young International. In addition to professional achievements, Shiela has contributed to education as a part-time lecturer at the University of San Carlos and as a CPA Board Exam Review School lecturer. Shiela holds a Master's degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of the Philippines, along with CPA and CGA certifications.
