Tristan Francis

Tristan Francis has extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, currently serving as AVP Underwriter for North American Catastrophe at PartnerRe since September 2015. Previous roles at PartnerRe include Underwriter, Assistant Underwriter, Underwriting Analyst, and Catastrophe Modeling Analyst. Prior to PartnerRe, Tristan worked at Montpelier Reinsurance Holdings Ltd from September 2011 to August 2015 as a Risk Analyst and Underwriting Assistant, supporting underwriting processes and conducting analyses on catastrophe exposure. Tristan began a career at Montpelier Reinsurance in 2005, gaining experience across various departments as an Inter-Department Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both from American InterContinental University, as well as studies at Illinois State University.
