Mark Avison has over two decades of experience in the technology industry. Mark started their career at RM in 1995 as a sales manager. In 1998, they moved to Tandem as an account manager. In 2004, they joined Microsoft as a global channel account director.

At Microsoft, Mark drove channel transformation globally with one of the top 3 Microsoft global resellers. Mark also developed a corporate cloud transformation strategy and aligned GTM with subsidiaries. Mark successfully delivered against global revenue and cloud mix quotas.

In 2017, Mark left Microsoft to join [PartnerReady](/org/partnerready) as the principal for Asia Pacific. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's growth in the region.

Erik Hoogerhuis is the Principal of North America at [PartnerReady](/org/partnerready). Erik has over 20 years of experience in business development and sales. Erik has a proven track record of success in building and executing go-to-market strategies, developing new channels and partners, and driving revenue growth. 

Erik began their career at IBM in 2008 as the WW Sales Leader for AIM Channels/Partners. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and channel partners to drive revenue growth for IBM's Application Integration Middleware (AIM) products. Erik was successful in this role, and was promoted to Director of Channels & Partners for Cast Iron in 2010. In this role, Erik continued to drive revenue growth by expanding IBM's partner ecosystem and growing the Cast Iron product line. 

In 2013, Erik left IBM to join [SnapLogic](/org/snaplogic) as the Senior Director of Business Development and Channels. Erik was responsible for developing [SnapLogic](/org/snaplogic)'s go-to-market strategy and expanding its partner ecosystem. Under Erik's leadership, [SnapLogic](/org/snaplogic) successfully sold ten enterprise-level applications and signed four strategic partners. 

In 2015, Erik left [SnapLogic](/org/snaplogic) to join Cetrus as the Vice President of Sales, Channels and Partners. In this role, Erik was responsible for developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy for Cetrus' software asset optimization application. Erik was successful in this role, and helped Cetrus grow its revenue from $50,000 to over $8 million within four years. 

Erik is an expert in go-to-market strategies, channel development, and partner enablement. Erik has a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth for technology companies.
