Prior to this role, Peyton worked as a Field Research Analyst at CBRE from November 2021 to April 2023 and as a Property Administrator at Transwestern from November 2020 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Property Assistant at The Richland Companies from March 2020 to November 2020 and as a Property Administrator at Stream Realty Partners from August 2016 to January 2019. Peyton holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, completed between 2014 and 2019, and also studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Houston-Downtown from 2014 to 2015.
