Heather Gantt has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in health management, virtual assistance, human resources, and customer service. Currently serving as the TCM Clinical Support Specialist Team Lead at Partners Health Management since June 2016, Heather focuses on budgeting and approving funding and services for North Carolina residents with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health & Substance Abuse needs.
