Karen Rigg

Director, Project Architect at Partners by Design

Karen Rigg has extensive experience in architecture and project management. Karen began their career as a Jr. Architect at McCormick Place Design Team Take 2 L, where they contributed to the expansion of the McCormick Place Convention Facility. Karen then gained experience at Nia Architects, specializing in ADA accessibility for housing units. Since 2005, Karen has been working at Partners by Design, Inc. as the Director, Project Architect. In this role, they have successfully completed various projects on time and within budget, demonstrating their proficiency in all phases of project scope.

Karen Rigg completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Duke University, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Architecture, which they completed between 1996 and 1999.
