Payal Shah

Payal Shah has a wealth of experience in the recruitment field, beginning in 2008 with First Tek, Inc. as an IT Recruiter/Sales/Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for identifying, recruiting and interviewing talented candidates, determining and implementing appropriate recruiting techniques and sources, and negotiating compensation and extending offers.

In 2010, Payal moved to NCS Technologies as a Senior IT Recruiter, where they maintained client relationships by working closely with them to understand their candidate requirements and fulfill their needs in a high volume environment.

From 2015 to 2019, Payal worked at Calibro Corp. as a Team Lead Recruiter/Sales. In this role, they placed executive level IT professionals in consulting and permanent positions, utilized direct sourcing strategies to proactively build candidate pipelines, managed the staffing process, and ensured all phases of the recruitment life cycle were properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and executed.

Finally, Payal is currently employed at Partner's Consulting, Inc. as a Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter.
