Matthew Andress, CFA, has extensive experience in commercial real estate valuation services and techniques. Matthew has worked as a Senior Associate and Real Estate Analyst at Duff & Phelps and currently holds the position of Associate Director at Partners Enterprise Capital. Prior to their roles in valuation, Matthew gained experience as a Brokerage/Market Research Analyst Intern at Summit Realty Group. Matthew is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) member, having earned their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University and also studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
