Adam Hickman

Adam Hickman, Ph.D, has a diverse work experience. Adam is currently serving as the Vice President (Partners) at The Walt Disney Company and as the Vice President of Learning, Organizational and Cast Development at Partners Federal Credit Union. Adam is also a Professional Speaker at Jan Jones Worldwide and holds the position of Executive Editorial Board at Coastal Organizational Research and Learning Strategies LLC. Additionally, they are an Advisory Council Member at The George Washington University School of Business. Previously, they worked at Gallup in various roles, including Senior Workplace Strategist, Content Manager, and Senior Learning Consultant. Adam also served as the Manager of Business Knowledge, Leadership, and Strategy at Consumers Energy and held multiple positions at AT&T, including Associate Project Manager, Lead Training Manager - Delivery, and Team Manager.

Adam Hickman, Ph.D completed their education with a Doctorate in Management (Ph.D.) in Organizational Development and Leadership from Walden University in 2019. Adam also holds a Certificate in Executive Management from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, which was obtained in 2015. In addition, Adam Hickman earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Leadership and a Master of Philosophy - MPhil in Management, both from Walden University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they participated in the Emerging Leaders program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2013. For their undergraduate education, Adam Hickman received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business/Corporate Communications from Hiram College in 2012. Adam has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including People Analytics from Wharton Executive Education in 2017, Gallup - Certified Strengths Coach in 2016, Breakthrough Leadership Program from Harvard Business Publishing in 2015, and TalentSmart Certified Instructor from TalentSmart in 2014.
