Jesica Wetherhold

Jesica Wetherhold has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jesica started their career at Concurrent Technologies Corporation as an Information Management Analyst from 1997 to 2000. Jesica then joined PNC as a Systems Analyst from 2000 to 2002. After that, they worked at Members 1st Federal Credit Union as a Project Manager III from 2006 to 2014.

In 2015, Jesica took up the position of Agile Delivery Director / Practice Lead at Celerity and held it until 2018. Jesica then became the Director of Product and Engagement Management from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Director, Agile Product Development | Agile Practice Lead and remained in this role until mid-2020. From mid-2020 to 2022, Jesica served as the Vice President of Enterprise Agility Services | Partner at Celerity.

Starting in 2022, Jesica joined Partners Federal Credit Union as the Vice President of Product Deployment. Jesica has recently transitioned to the role of Vice President of Enterprise Portfolio Management & Product.

In addition to their corporate work, Jesica also served as a Corporate Faculty member at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, teaching Agile Project Management at the Master's level from 2016 to 2017.

Jesica Wetherhold has acquired extensive experience in various roles and industries, demonstrating their expertise in enterprise portfolio management, product deployment, Agile methodologies, project management, and information management.

Jesica Wetherhold earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics (Finance & Management Concentrations) from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown in 1997. Jesica later pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Organizational Development and Leadership (Business Concentration) from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2010. In 2012, they attended CUNA Management School where they obtained a CCUE - CUNA & University of Wisconsin degree. In terms of additional certifications, Jesica Wetherhold obtained several certifications including Certified SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018, Certified LeSS Practitioner (Large Scale Scrum) in 2015, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) in 2015, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in 2014, Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) in 2014, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) in 2011, and Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2009.
