As the new CEO of Partners, Ricky is committed to building on the rich legacy and history by working with the Board of Directors and Leadership team to develop and deliver product and digital innovation to help Members realize their financial dreams. Ricky has an expansive financial services background in executive leadership roles for large credit unions and national banks all with a focus on membership growth and satisfaction.
Ricky holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Longwood University in Virginia and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, NC. Ricky takes a Member-first approach and believes in being open and honest with the company opportunities and challenges.
