Lauren Speck

Lauren Speck has over seven years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Loss Mitigation Underwriter at Ruoff Mortgage since March 2020. In this role, Lauren performs underwriting reviews for mortgage assistance applications following various regulatory guidelines and manages a pipeline of delinquent loans. Previous positions at Ruoff Mortgage include Loss Mitigation Default Specialist, where Lauren developed policies and created numerous job aids, and Data Validation/Title Supervisor, contributing to the establishment of the Underwriting Support Department. Before joining Ruoff Mortgage, Lauren held roles at First Federal Bank of the Midwest and Partners 1st Federal Credit Union, focusing on customer service, relationship building, and preserving assets. Additionally, Lauren is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Management at Trine University, building on an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ivy Tech Community College.
