Margaret DiCarlo-Rothenberger

Margaret DiCarlo-Rothenberger began their work experience in 1989 at Montgomery County, PA, where they served as an Enforcement Officer/Supervisor in Child Support until 1997. Margaret then joined KenCrest in 1997, starting as a Program Director and progressing to roles such as Assistant Director of Supported Living, Assistant Director of Home Based Services, Director of Lifesharing, and finally as the Director of Residential Services in Pennsylvania from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, Margaret became the President/CEO of Partners For Quality, Inc.

Margaret DiCarlo-Rothenberger attended Penn State University from 1984 to 1988. Margaret obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice during this period. In 2000, Margaret also became a Certified Investigator through the Pa. DPW institution.
