Amon Couch

Amon Couch is a Senior Advisor at Partners for Rural Impact, where responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership to enhance and establish relationships with school and district leaders to foster place-based partnerships nationwide. Previously, Amon served as the Executive Director and Associate Vice President for PRI Appalachia at Partners for Education from July 2019 to August 2025, and held the position of Director. Amon holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of the Cumberlands, earned between August 2009 and May 2012.
