Becky Phelps

Becky Phelps has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Becky worked as an Associate Director of Learning & Knowledge Management at Partners for Rural Impact, starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Program Manager at the same company from August 2022 to September 2023. Before joining Partners for Rural Impact, Becky worked at Berea College, where they held roles such as Program Manager - Knowledge Development from March 2021 to August 2022, and Program Associate at Partners for Education from January 2019 to January 2022. Becky also worked as a Campus Visits and Events Specialist at Berea College Office of Admissions from March 2016 to January 2019.

Before their time at Berea College, Becky worked as a Soulfire Director at Northeast Atlantic District of Foursquare Church from June 2009 to August 2022. Their earliest work experience was as a Creative Arts Director/Event Planner/Intern at New Hope Foursquare Church from January 2006 to January 2013.

Becky Phelps earned a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fairmont State University from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Becky also holds certifications as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, an MBTI certification from Meyers Briggs, and a certification in Results Based Accountability from Clear Impact, LLC.
