Christian Callihan

Christian Callihan currently serves as Project Director for the GEAR UP Promise Zone at Partners for Rural Impact, a role held since April 2022. Prior experience includes Project Director for GEAR UP SOAR and Service Coordinator for Career and College Readiness and Academics at Berea College from January 2016 to February 2024, focusing on Letcher, Jenkins, and Whitley school districts. Earlier positions include College Transitions Advisor and Student Services Assistant at Hazard Community and Technical College, where responsibilities involved managing admissions inquiries and processing applicant files from August 2013 to December 2015. Christian Callihan holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University and degrees in University Studies from Morehead State University, as well as in Electrical Technology and Associate in Arts from Hazard Community and Technical College.
