Courtney Clanton

Courtney Clanton, EdD, is an instructional designer with extensive experience in educational program development and delivery. Currently serving at Partners for Rural Impact as an Instructional Designer for Collaborative Improvement, Courtney conducts needs assessments and facilitates training programs. Prior roles include Instructional Designer at South College, where project coordination and faculty support for online learning were key responsibilities, and Assistant Director at East Texas A&M University, with a focus on competency-based education and workforce-aligned academic programs. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Adult Learning & Development and several master's degrees in Curriculum and Instruction, Higher Education Administration, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
