Rebecca Tucker

Rebecca Tucker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Strategic Data Project Fellow at Harvard CEPR, starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Partners for Rural Impact, first as an Associate Director of Data and Evaluation from January 2023 to June 2023, and then as the Director of Data and Evaluation from June 2023 onwards. Rebecca also had significant experience at Berea College, where they held multiple roles such as Associate Director of Data and Evaluation, Data Analyst, and Academic Specialist. Additionally, they attended conferences organized by the American Evaluation Association in 2019 and 2020. Before their time at Berea College, Rebecca worked as an English Instructor at YBM Sisa and as a Research Assistant at KCTCS. Rebecca started their professional career as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Kentucky and also served as an Administrative Assistant at Brushy Fork Institute, a nonprofit organization within Berea College.

Rebecca Tucker's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Policy Studies & Evaluation from the University of Kentucky, which they completed from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Research Methods in Education from the University of Kentucky in 2019. Rebecca also holds a Master of Public Policy in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Kentucky, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Berea College, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Rebecca has obtained several certifications, including Results Based Facilitation Practitioner, Tableau Essential Training, Results-Based Accountability, Statistics Foundations: 1 and 2, R Statistics Essential Training, Infographics: Planning and Wireframing, and Learning Data Visualization. Rebecca has also attended the Daegu Foreign Language Instructors Seminar.
