Riley Howard

Riley Howard currently serves as the Results Learning & Coaching Manager at Partners for Rural Impact, beginning in April 2023, where the role involves overseeing an internal coaching program and facilitating results learning initiatives for employees. Previously, Riley worked as a Finance Associate for the GEAR UP Opportunity Program at VShred, and as a Personal Trainer/Nutrition Coach, focusing on personalized client communication and planning. Prior experience includes serving as an Emerging Scholar's Program Associate at Berea College, where support was provided for TRIO program operations, and as a Continuous Improvement Associate, contributing to projects that resulted in significant cost savings for the college. Riley also held the position of Student Chaplain Coordinator at Berea College while completing a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Performance from the institution.
