Katariina Koivisto

Katariina Koivisto is a Senior Legal Counsel specializing in Investment Legal at Partners Group since May 2023. Previously, Katariina served as Co-Head of M&A and Corporate Legal at SellerX from August 2021 to August 2022, and held various positions at Delivery Hero from January 2018 to August 2021, including Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel in Group Corporate and M&A. Early career experiences include roles at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd. as an Associate in Private M&A and Private Equity, and a Research Assistant at University College London. Additional experience includes positions at Univar, Rödl & Partner, and the European Parliament. Katariina holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from UCL, an EEA Competence in Law from the University of Helsinki, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in European Law from Maastricht University, and completed the IASP Study Abroad Programme at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
