Kevin Conroy is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Market Leader for Optum Tri-State since March 2021, after having held positions including President and Regional Executive Vice President. In addition to their role at Optum, Kevin Conroy has been a Board Member for Neighbors Link and Partners Health Plan since 2018 and 2016, respectively. Prior to Optum, Kevin Conroy was the Chief Financial Officer at CareMount Medical from February 2014 to March 2021, and served as President of HealthCare Partners IPA & MSO in 2013. Kevin Conroy also held the position of Region President at WellCare from 2004 to 2013, and Vice President & Treasurer at IntegraMed from 2001 to 2004. Kevin Conroy earned a Master's Degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Hamilton College.

Partners Health Plan (PHP) is a not-for-profit managed care organization serving individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities (IDD) and those who care for them. With more than six decades of experience serving persons with IDD, PHP has the expertise to develop and coordinate a personalized Life Plan that ensures participants receive the essential medical, behavioral, dental, habilitation, and other services and supports needed to support each participant’s health, safety, personal preferences, and valued outcomes. We understand the needs of our participants and we work closely with local providers and community groups to meet those needs.
