Matthew Northrup is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Quality & Analytics at several healthcare organizations, focusing on optimizing care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through data-driven performance improvement. Prior to their current roles, Matthew held positions such as Director of Program Technology and Lead Behavior Technician, where Matthew collaborated with various teams to develop and implement technology solutions and behavior plans for individuals with disabilities. Matthew's educational background includes a Master of Science in Health Informatics from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education/Teaching of Individuals in Early Childhood Special Education Programs from Dominican University New York.
