Greg Memmelaar

Greg Memmelaar is an experienced custom home builder currently overseeing daily sales and construction activities at Partners In Building since November 2012. Prior to this role, Greg served as a consultant for Burgess Construction Consultants, Inc. and worked as a project engineer on the $100 million University of Houston Calhoun Lofts project at Pepper Construction Company. Earlier experience includes managing construction and customer service teams at Hallmark Design Homes, serving as a construction manager for Darling Homes, and overseeing daily construction activities as a senior builder at David Weekley Homes. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University, obtained between 1997 and 1999.
