Kevin Bernat

Kevin Bernat is an experienced construction management professional with a strong background in custom home building. Currently serving as Area Manager and previously as Area Construction Manager at Partners in Building since December 2016, Kevin has overseen numerous custom home projects in various neighborhoods throughout Houston. Prior roles include Construction Manager at Sullivan Brothers Builders and Partners in Building, along with extensive project management experience at Loyd Russel Homes, where Kevin managed complex jobsites and received multiple industry accolades. Kevin's qualifications are supported by a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and certifications from the Greater Houston Builders Association and Texas Real Estate Commission.
