The Supervisors Team at Partners in Care Foundation Inc is responsible for overseeing and guiding various care management programs and services. They ensure the efficient operation of the Engagement Center, Short Term Services & Supports, HCBA, MSSP, and ECM programs, as well as supervising care managers across multiple regions. The team coordinates efforts to deliver integrated healthcare and community-based services to clients, ensuring high-quality care and support.
