Greg Hagfors

Greg Hagfors is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Partners In Care in Oregon, Greg leads the largest independent nonprofit provider of home health, palliative care, and hospice services in Central Oregon. Previous positions include Managing Director at Castling Partners, where Greg focused on performance improvement for health system-owned medical practices, and CEO of Bend Memorial Clinic, where strategic growth was achieved. Additional experience includes senior roles at Paley Dixon and Great Falls Clinic, driving expansion and value creation. Greg began a career in healthcare administration as Associate Administrator at Mankato Clinic. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business/Managerial Economics from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a BS in Business from North Dakota State University.
