Jenni Carver Ross

Jenni Carver Ross has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Jenni initially joined St. Charles Health System in 2005 as an ER Tech/CNA, where they worked until December 2012. In 2013, they transitioned to Partners In Care - Oregon, where they held multiple roles. Jenni started as a Registered Nurse and worked until July 2016, when they were promoted to Hospice House Manager. Jenni held this position until June 2023, at which point they assumed the role of Clinical Operations Director.

Jenni Carver Ross has a Master's degree in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration from the same university, from 2017 to 2019. Jenni also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Central Oregon Community College, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they are certified as a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
