Neil Shorthouse is the Co Founder and President of Partners in Change, a peer mentoring program for adults aged 20 - 55, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Neil also served as Director of LeaderComm at Communities In Schools for over four decades. Neil was the President of Communities In Schools of Georgia and played an important role in the Charter Schools movement. Neil attended the University of Pittsburgh in the early 1960s.

Partners in Change (PIC) takes coaching's track record of success for executives and brings that to adults in need, empowering them to change the trajectory of their lives. PIC pairs trained volunteer coaches with adults pursuing meaningful goals in areas such as employment, housing, education, personal development, and health. Paired teams talk weekly for a year as one-to-one partners in the community member’s success.
