Melino Ndayizigiye

Melino Ndayizigiye serves as the Executive Director at Partners In Health since February 2020. Previously, Ndayizigiye held the position of Medical Director at Village Health Works from June 2008 to July 2012, where responsibilities included managing staff, implementing healthcare programs, and training community health workers. Ndayizigiye began a career in healthcare as the Medical Director of Matana District Hospital under the Burundi Ministry of Health from June 2007 to June 2008, overseeing multiple health centers and monitoring health programs. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Physician at the Christian Medical and Surgical Center of Jabe in early 2007. Ndayizigiye earned a Master's Degree in Medical Sciences in Global Health Delivery from Harvard Medical School and a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the National University of Burundi.
