Suprotik Basu

Suprotik Basu is currently the Director at Partners In Health. Suprotik has previously worked as the UN Special Envoy for Financing the Health MDGs and SDGs, Chief Executive Officer from June 2013 to March 2017. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at UN Special Envoy for Malaria from March 2008 to June 2013. Before that, they were also the Managing Director at Malaria No More from October 2007 to March 2008. Suprotik Basu started their career as a Public Health Specialist at The World Bank from February 2002 to October 2007.

Suprotik Basu received a BA from The Johns Hopkins University and an MHS in International Public Health/International Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
