Taylor Norris

Taylor Norris currently serves as the Senior Manager of Engagement & Advocacy at Partners In Health, where leadership of advocacy coalitions facilitates the alignment of various stakeholders to promote health policy priorities. Prior experience includes project management for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, overseeing the deployment of community health workers, and a role as Regional Health Equity Operations Manager for NC Counts Coalition, focused on equitable COVID-19 vaccine access. Additional roles span from leading a COVID-19 Case Investigator team to an English Language Teacher, culminating in a foundation in international relations and public health through education at American University, University of Havana, and United States International University - Africa.
