Corin L. Schneider

Corin L. Schneider has extensive experience in healthcare management and leadership roles. They currently hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at Partners in Home Care since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Transitional Care Services at Maribel Health in 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Schneider worked at Swedish, where they held multiple roles including Regional Executive Director of Case Management and Interim Regional Executive Director of Case Management. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing various departments such as Case Management, Social Work, Utilization Management, Linguistic Services, and more.

Before joining Swedish, Schneider worked as a Consulting Associate and Interim Leader at The Center for Case Management, Inc from 2014 to 2020. Their responsibilities included evaluating and implementing strategic initiatives for care transitions programs in different healthcare systems across the United States.

Schneider also held the position of Director of Case Management/UM/Behavioral Health/Palliative Care/Clinical Documentation Integrity at Skagit Regional Health from 2005 to 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a National Speaker of Healthcare Innovation at World Research Group from 2005 to 2014.

Their earlier experience includes serving as the Manager of Urgent Care Services at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center from 2001 to 2003, where they were responsible for the development and operations of two urgent care clinics.

Throughout their career, Schneider has accumulated valuable experience in various aspects of healthcare, including case management, social work, utilization management, behavioral health, palliative care, and patient flow.
