Carol Ardell

Carol Ardell has over 30 years of work experience. Carol began their career in 1990 as President at MediaWorks. In 2001, they moved to The Omnia Group as a Senior Sales Consultant. In 2009, they joined Paradigm Learning as Sales Manager and then as Director of Sales Operations. In 2022, they joined Culture Partners as a Sales Operations Specialist. At Culture Partners, their purpose is to unleash the power of culture to inspire people and businesses and to reach their full potential. At Paradigm Learning, their role was to provide unique education and communication programs to organizations around the world.

Carol Ardell began their educational journey in 1994 when they earned their MBA in Marketing from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business. Prior to that, they obtained their BA in Psychology & English from the University of Tampa. Her educational background began at Seoul American High School.
