Chief Scientist of Workplace Culture at Partners in Leadership

Jessica Kriegel has worked in the field of workplace culture since 2008. Jessica began as a Senior Training Consultant at Taleo and then moved on to become an Organization Development professional at Oracle in 2012. In 2021, they were appointed Chief People and Culture Officer at Experience.com and is currently the Chief Scientist of Workplace Culture at CULTURE PARTNERS. Additionally, since 2016 they have been a professional keynote speaker on creating intentional workplace culture to drive strategic execution and get business results. Jessica is also the author of "Unfairly Labeled: How Your Workplace Can Benefit From Ditching Generational Stereotypes" published by Wiley and represented by Powell Speaker Management.

Jessica Kriegel has a diverse education history. Jessica earned a BA in Theater from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005. Jessica then went on to complete an MBA in International Business from Hult International Business School in 2008. In 2010, they earned their Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership (Human Resources Development) from Drexel University. Most recently, Jessica is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity (MDiv) in Theology/Theological Studies from Pacific School of Religion, which they expect to complete in 2024.
