Lucy Cosper is an experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. Lucy began their career in 1997 as an Account Manager for Cellular One. In 1999, they moved to Enron Broadband Services as Manager of Origination. In 2002, they became the Owner of Cornerstone Consulting Service and also held the role of Sales & Training Manager for FieldRanger Software. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Kronos Talent Management Division in the roles of Regional Client Manager-Healthcare, Solution Consultant, and Implementation Manager. Lucy then moved to Silverchair Learning Systems as Regional Vice President from 2008 to 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Principal Consultant for Cornerstone Consulting Services. Currently, they are a Client Engagement Manager - Strategic Accounts for Corporate Visions, and will soon be a Client Success Manager for CULTURE PARTNERS.

Lucy Cosper received their BA in Drama and Religion from the University of Southern California. In 1995, they obtained their Montessori Elementary Certification for 6-9 year olds from the Montessori Western Teacher Training Program. In May 2002, they earned their Bilingual Cultural Job Coach certification. Additionally, they are a Montessori Primary Elementary Teacher (6-9 yr olds) certified by the Montessori Western Teacher Training.
