Tracy Dodd

Tracy Dodd, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as a Senior Culture Strategist at Culture Partners and is an active member of the HR Advisory Council at Betterworks. Tracy is also a founding member of the Experts Council at Hacking HR. Previously, Tracy held the position of Chief Talent Officer at Kyndryl and Chief People Officer at VNS Health. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at the USC Rossier School of Education, Tracy also holds a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
