Michael Baque is a Partner and Asset Management Practice Leader at Partners in Performance, where responsibilities include overseeing consulting teams, guiding top-level managers, and enhancing the firm's capabilities through coaching and training programs. With a career spanning over a decade, Michael has held various roles such as Engagement Manager and Senior Associate, focusing on sustainable results and effective problem-solving. Prior to joining Partners in Performance, Michael worked at Taussig Capital and Port Jackson Partners, as well as briefly at Rio Tinto Coal Australia and BHP Billiton. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce in Mining and Finance from The University of Queensland.
