Sarah Erven

Sarah Erven currently serves as the Global Head of Capability Management at Partners in Performance, where a comprehensive learning strategy has been developed to enhance employee engagement and retention. Previous roles at Partners in Performance include Global Training Manager in Capability Management, where successful leadership of a remote team and strategic development of training materials took place. Prior to this, Sarah held various positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Learning and Development Manager, where training initiatives were implemented across a vast workforce, and Client Service Manager, where robust client relationships were cultivated. Sarah's career began at Zurich Insurance Services, and includes significant roles in financial product advisory at Lloyds TSB and HSBC. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bournemouth University.
