Wilhelm Schultz

Wilhelm has more than 20 years of management consulting and operational improvement experience across industries, including mining, power and utilities, oil and gas and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Partners in Performance in 2013, he held positions at Anglo American and McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA from Oxford University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), cum laude, from the University of Pretoria.

Wilhelm’s global experience spans Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas, where he has partnered with clients to effectively address strategic, operational and organisational issues.

Wilhelm believes a successful transformation needs to combine various technical and behavioural aspects. As a leader of Continuous Improvement Practice, he is energised by seeing a bold aspiration translated into pragmatic improvement ideas, with the entire organisation aligned and driving to achieve business goals.
