Russ Barratt

Russ Barratt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology leadership and management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Partners International since July 2019, Russ has previously held various technology-focused roles at the Council on Foundations from November 2007 to July 2019, including Vice President of Technology and Senior Director of Technology. Prior to that, experience as a Senior Consultant at ISG Solutions from 1997 to 2007 further solidified a strong background in the field. Russ Barratt holds a Bachelor's degree in Imaging and Digital Art from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, earned between 1987 and 1991.
