Alejandra Herrera Grillo is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Officer for the Cacao for Development (C4D) program at Partners of the Americas since August 2023. Previous roles include Human Resources Officer at the Danish Refugee Council from September 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities involved advising program management on HR matters and leading recruitment processes. Alejandra also worked as a Human Talent Analyst at Colegio Italiano Leonardo da Vinci, focusing on recruitment and employee welfare initiatives, and held positions in human resources at Grupo Semana and Quala S.A., where tasks involved recruitment and management of workforce processes. Alejandra's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Talent Management from Politécnico Grancolombiano and a degree in Business Administration from the same institution, along with a Technologist degree in Human Talent Management from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).
