Lauren Cole

Lauren Cole has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Lauren currently works at Partners + Napier as an Associate Director of Project Management since April 2023. Before this role, they served as a Senior Project Manager from October 2019 to April 2023, and as a Project Manager from May 2018 to October 2019, all within the same company.

Prior to joining Partners + Napier, Lauren worked at DelMonte Hotel Group as a Lead Marketing Project Manager from August 2014 to May 2018. Lauren was responsible for overseeing marketing projects in this role.

Before that, they worked at NEXT! Ad Agency as an Account Manager from July 2013 to August 2014.

Earlier in their career, Lauren held a role as an Art Producer at CGI Communications from October 2011 to July 2013. Lauren managed website production for small businesses and served as the direct contact for clients, administrating and distributing work to their team of artists.

Lauren started their career as a Design Intern at Red Tettemer from January 2011 to May 2011.

Lauren Cole completed their high school education at Newark High School from 2003 to 2007. Lauren then pursued their higher education at The University of the Arts, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, in 2010, Lauren had the opportunity to study abroad at Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Milano, focusing on Multidisciplinary Design for a brief period.
