Bob Vryhof has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of international development and business management. Bob is currently serving as the President & CEO of Partners Worldwide, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Global Operations for the organization from 2020 to 2022. From 2015 to 2020, Bob worked as the Regional Director for Latin America & Caribbean at Partners Worldwide. Before joining Partners Worldwide, they held the role of Regional Facilitator for Latin America from 2010 to 2015.

In addition to their work at Partners Worldwide, Bob founded and managed SMB International, a US-based company with operations in Nicaragua. Under their leadership, SMB International developed various lines of business including real estate, global trade, and timber resource management. Bob served as the Managing Partner of SMB International from 2008 to 2010.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Bob worked at Partners Worldwide as a Partnership Manager from 2004 to 2007. In this role, they directed all operations in Nicaragua, including restructuring the organization, forming partnerships with local and international organizations, overseeing programs, managing staff, and implementing financial systems. Bob also initiated operations in Honduras and El Salvador and facilitated cross-cultural mentoring with top professionals from various countries.

Bob Vryhof attended Calvin University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Political Science, and Spanish. In 2003, they also attended the International Business Institute for a brief period to study International Business.
