Roxanne Addink de Graaf has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Roxanne began their career as a Planner for the Town of Taos, where they facilitated community engagement, managed grants and contracts, and worked on infrastructure planning. Roxanne then joined the Taos County Economic Development Corporation as a Planner and Interim Co-Director, where they developed a Food Business Development Initiative and secured federal and foundation grants. Currently, Roxanne is the Director of Global Strategy and Impact at Partners Worldwide, where they lead the Program Design and Evaluation team, manages foundation relations, and guides impact assessment. Roxanne'sfocus areas include global advocacy, inclusive agriculture value chains, positive community impact, and global design.

Roxanne Addink de Graaf pursued their education in a chronological manner. Roxanne first attended Calvin University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Later, they enrolled at the University of Iowa from 1992 to 1994, successfully completing a Master of Arts degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
