Rachel Millie

Rachel Millie has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rachel started their career in 2015 as a Line Cook at Swiftwater Cellars, where they worked until April 2016. In May 2016, they joined Central Washington University as a Lead Catering Aide and later became a Food Service Supervisor in September 2013. In their role, they managed food trucks on campus, focusing on food production, employee training, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. Rachel also assisted in managing catering events. Rachel then joined Partners, A Tasteful Choice Company in September 2017 as a Promotions Coordinator and later became a West Region Account Specialist in September 2019. Rachel is currently working as an Account Specialist since January 2022.

Rachel Millie attended Central Washington University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Food Service Management with a focus on Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Prior to that, they attended The Art Institute of Seattle from 2011 to 2013 and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts with a concentration in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
