Deanna Niebuhr

Deanna Niebuhr is a seasoned professional in the field of public policy and community programs, currently serving as the California Policy and Programs Director at The Opportunity Institute since January 2019. With a long-standing commitment to education and community development, Deanna has also held the position of Senior Director for the Community Schools Initiative at Partnership for Children and Youth since April 2004. Deanna's academic background includes a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, which was earned between 2001 and 2003.
