Laura Araujo

Laura Araujo is an experienced mental health professional with extensive expertise in program coordination and case management. Currently serving as Program Coordinator, Care Manager Supervisor, and Care Manager at the Partnership for Children of Essex since January 2008, Laura Araujo has managed a caseload of youth and families, developed Individualized Service Plans, and collaborated with various system partners to ensure positive outcomes. Past roles include Counselor Intern at Mount Carmel Guild, where group and individual counseling was provided to adults with severe mental illness, and In Home Counselor Intern at Sherry Blair Institute for Inspirational Change, where individual counseling sessions with youth were conducted. Laura Araujo holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University - Newark, along with a Post-Masters Advanced Certification in Advanced Counseling from Montclair State University.
