Caitlin Noonan

Cait Noonan, MSW, serves as the Program Manager for the Teen Outreach Program and the Statewide Parent Engagement Program at the Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Program Specialist and Teen Outreach Program Manager at the same organization. Cait previously completed an MSW internship at the 1404 Family Center, focusing on macro-practice in nonprofit development, community engagement, and data analysis, while working to empower families involved with the Department of Children and Family Services. A former Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, Cait managed customer experiences and team leadership, and earlier experience includes customer service at AJ's Country Cone and a public relations internship at Nomster Chef. Cait holds a Master of Social Work focused on Social Change and Innovation from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Management and Design from Ithaca College.
