Carolyn E. Deboer

Carolyn E. DeBoer has a strong background in strategic planning, program development, and leadership roles. Carolyn currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at the Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey, where they provide leadership on corporate strategy, regulatory affairs, and programmatic alignment. Prior to this, they were the Director of Corporate Planning at the same organization, overseeing grant processes and analyzing clinical quality improvement data. Before joining the Partnership, Carolyn worked as a Program Development & QI Specialist at the Northern NJ Maternal/Child Health Consortium, where they guided organizational direction and analyzed clinical data for quality improvement plans. Carolyn also served as a Development Officer at Medical Missions for Children, securing essential resources and drafting grant proposals. In the earlier stages of their career, Carolyn worked at the American Wick Drain Corporation, where they excelled as a NE Regional Sales Manager, Inside Sales Representative, and Customer Service Representative, driving sales growth and expanding corporate reach.
